About us

Why we built Shop Bot Builder

Shop Bot Builder started as a small side project to solve a problem a lot of independent sellers on Telegram run into: setting up a working storefront bot usually means hiring a developer, managing a server, and maintaining webhook code just to sell a handful of digital products. We wanted a way for anyone — regardless of technical background — to register, paste a bot token from BotFather, and have a complete, working storefront live in minutes.

Today the platform lets people run a storefront bot for selling digital products with UPI-based balance top-ups and a referral system. Every bot a person creates is fully isolated — its own data, its own customers, its own balances — even though they all run on the same underlying engine.

What we actually built

Beyond the bot builder itself, we maintain a growing collection of free, browser-based utilities — things like PDF conversion, image compression, QR code generation, and unit calculators. These tools run entirely in the visitor's browser: nothing typed or uploaded into them is sent to our servers. We built them because we needed them ourselves while running the platform, and decided to keep them open for anyone to use without an account.

Who runs this site

Shop Bot Builder is maintained by a small independent team. We handle support requests directly over Telegram rather than through a ticketing system, because most questions from sellers setting up their first bot are quick to answer in a live chat.
